Version: (using KDE 4.4.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

When I create a new contact group and add some contacts to it, the contact group become empty after a few seconds. Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Kontact (akanodi as well).
2. Open "Contacts" from the sidebar.
3. Create a new contact group for your default addressbook.
4. Add one ore more anonyme contacts (or from your contact list) to this group.
5. Press OK.
6. Choose the contact group from your contact list again.
7. You can see all added contacts.
8. After a few seconds (2-3sec), all contacts disappears, the contact group information got lost.

My default address book, is an KDE contact ressource (akonadi-ressource, type: akonadi), connected to the standard Kontact addressbook als file (~/.kde/share/apps/kabc/std.vcf)

Update: This seems to be a bug of the standard Kontact adressbook akonadi connector. I created a new "personal adressbook" and it works now.

1.Open system settings -> advanced settings
2. Open "KDE ressources".
3. Choose "contacts"
4. Select you akonadi ressource -> choose "Edit..."
5. Manage addressbook sources.
6. Create a new personal adressbook (system path: ~/.local/share/contacts/)
7. Copy all your contacts from the standard adressbook to this new personal adressbook.
8. Create a new contact group. It keeps now the added contacts.

The KResource compatibility bridges don't exist anymore with KDE PIM 15.08.
