Version:           4.3 (using 4.3.2 (KDE 4.3.2), Mandriva Linux release 2010.0 (Official) for x86_64)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.31.12-desktop-1mnb

KadressBook :

The menu File/Import seems to be closed : it is impossible to import a adressbook backup (ldif, vip...)

Kontact :

I can't go further than the blue welcome page. I can't access to the main window with calendar, contacts...

I joined these two observations because they seem related to me.

Hej,

KAddressBook does not have a blue welcome page, could it be you mean Kontact?
If the menu entries are not visible, I might be a configuration problem
of your installation. Please try to remove the file
  $HOME/.kde/share/apps/kaddressbook/kaddressbookuirc
or any other file ending with uirc

Works fine with a vanilla installation here

Thanks for the quickness of your answer.
I agree with you about the diagnosis : its a question of configuration.

Before reporting this bug I've already tried to delete configuration files in 
the : $HOME/user/.kde/share/apps/kaddressbook/

But it's useless..
