Version:           1.13.0 (using 4.4.00 (KDE 4.4.0), Kubuntu packages)

Each time I send an email, kmail freezes for about a minute. the processes nepomukservicestub and virtuoso -t take almost 100% of cpu. After a minute or so, everything is fine again - until I send the next message.
There is no difference whether I send a message from within kontact or kmail. The size of the email doesn't seem to make andy difference either.
