Description Pal Körössy 2010-02-21 13:22:58 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: openSUSE RPMs

If I start a new session in KDE4.4, the current session becomes locked.
One needs to type their password to unlock their locked session even if the passwordless login is enabled which is very uncomfortable eg. in a family environment.
It would be nice to have an option to start a new session without locking the previous one.
This function is included in KDE3 but still missing in KDE 4.4.

Sorry, I don't see why it is a duplicate.
It is a wish about a new/missing function in KDE4.4 which is present in KDE3.5 while bug#123254 is about switching between already running sessions in KDE3.
