In the online documentation http://docs.kde.org/development/en/kdebase-runtime/kcontrol/kcmnotify/index.html I can find no reference to kcontrol and the like. Where do you see this obsolete references? Well, for one thing, it's on the url. When I was searching for information, I cutted the url to http://docs.kde.org/development/en/kdebase-runtime/kcontrol/ to find the main app and got the documentation menu for kcontrol. Assuming I wanted to go to the notifications and that was inside the kcontrol documentation, you can imagine the confusion. But it seems to has changed the permissions and doesn't allow to enter and see kcontrols docs. The url still reflects kcontrol though. (In reply to comment #2) > Well, for one thing, it's on the url. Problem is the name "kcontrol" on the screen and in the url is taken from the folder name in kde's svn archiv. Thats not easily changeable. > But it seems to has changed the permissions and doesn't allow to enter and see > kcontrols docs. That's cause I removed this obsolete doc a few days age. outdated documentation seems to have been removed per comment #3 |
