This bug has been copied over from
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=558436 and has been verified
to still exist in KDE SC 4.4.0

The create_makefile program appears to have a manual page written in
Norwegian Nynorsk (nn), but it's really in English, with only a minor
difference from the original:

Fixed with revision 1093091 (for stable) and 1093092 (for trunk).
