More often than desired, the first tooltips after an idle time for the panel, result in an undesired effect.
You can see clearly what I tray to say in the attached image.

driver: free ati with no composition and no direct opengl

This is clearly a Xorg bug, I was able to write a xlib-only testcas (as I was asked for), but then nothing happend.
