This wish has been copied over from
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=560194 and has been verified
to still exist in KDE SC 4.4.0

As I'm (and many others) using kteatime for a learn and work counter it would be interesting to have a pause button where you get a coffee or take a break.
