If a notification contains more text than just a few words, the message is cut-off. You have to add newline characters to make more than 2(?) lines available.

The plain message is cut-off

Here you can see, that the message ends in the middle of a sentence. Sorry for the German example but the next screen stot makes clear what happens without understanding the text. :)
