How to reproduce:
 * start gwenview, open any folder with images, enter fullscreen mode, scroll images

What is expected:
 * smooth transition from one image to another (without blinking)

What is observed: 
 * Between each two images, black screen blinks. Same happens with compositing switched off.

There are still no transitions between images (this is another bug entry), but black screens should not happen anymore.
