When resizing a vertical panel to be thinner, sometimes plasmoids will stay wide. Therefore the side of them is not visible as they is no longer on the panel. All plasmoids tested were affected: Analogue clock, system tray, task manager, Quick Launch plasmoid.

This was fixed in the release of 4.4.0, I was on a beta when I filed this. Thanks.
