Description Benjamin Schindler 2010-02-13 13:58:22 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.0)
Compiler: gcc-4.3
OS: Linux
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

When executing or debugging an application it often happens that some output text is created.

Very often I'm in the situation that I need to copy-paste that text, but kdevelop does not give me that possibility

Pleasem make the output window selectable. It would be even better if I could press ctrl+a to select everything

For me, this is a bug as it is such an essential thing (I thought about setting it to with)

Nonetheless its a new feature and its not an easy feature to implement either.

Selection and copy paste is implemented now (needs backporting). CTRL+A is a good idea, I'll close the bug, once I did it.

Select All is done in the menu. unfortunately getting CTRL-A to work is not possible at the moment (conflict with the editor shortcut).
