Description Joe Biden 2010-02-11 06:51:30 UTC
Version: 1.13.0 (using 4.4.00 (KDE 4.4.0), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.32.4

Typed a long reply to an email, decided to change the Identity of who I was sending as (to my business email) and poof, the email went back to a newly wiped reply. Just like I had just hit "Reply" on a message. All of my text was gone, just like magic.

Have not been able to get it to happen again in a few minutes of testing. Tried the same message, different messages, etc.

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
