when I click on Help -> k3b manual   no help is available, the files are missing.

khelpcenter says 
no documentation available for "/k3b/index.html"

In an attempt to clean up old bugs that are not valid for K3b 2.0 (=KDE SC 4.x port) anymore, this is now being marked as UNMAINTAINED.
If this bug is still valid for 2.0, please reopen it.

This is a K3b 2 bug. :/
And one that still stands, I might add.

Yeah. This machine still had 1.90 on it, which is a bit strange.
Oh well, at least this gets an accurate closure this time. :)
