Description Zachary Klein 2010-02-09 00:06:54 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: openSUSE RPMs

It's great that Amarok 2 finally has a (semi-decent) equalizer, but why should it be tucked in a Tools menu? Isn't eq something that users would often adjust on the fly while listening to music? Is it possible to add a widget to the Context pane to allow eq adjustments from the main UI?

What would *really* be cool is if EQ settings could be save to individual tracks, so each song could have it's own eq setting (even if all it does is allow eq presets to be saved per track). Just sayin...

Do not mix two reports into one. -> INVALID

The context area is about context info, so this is no place for an equalizer. You can already set the windo to always stay on to for example.

The other part is a dupe of bug 228133.
