kturtle freezes when droping one docker to another.

similar bugs: 225489, 225490, 225514, 225517

freezed application eats cpu, and after while causes segfault.
bug in kdelibs or qt?

Reported at bug 225025, the workaround is included in 4.4.0 final, the real fix
will be on Qt 4.6.2
