okteta freezes when dropping one docker to another, i.e.

Mandriva cooker
Qt 4.6.1
KDE 4.3.98

similar bugs: 225489, 225490, 225514, also kdenlive is affected.
only kde4 application that allow tabbed dockers, rearranging of dockers, and don't freeze for me was amarok

Reported at bug 225025, the workaround is included in 4.4.0 final (bug 225025), the real fix will be on Qt 4.6.2
