when running kmail in kontact the akonadi server isn't started automagically, resulting in hangs whenever the current folder is changed, for example.

Closing kontact and starting kmail shows the "Starting akonadi server" message and then kmail runs fine, also when run in kontact again.

This is with 4.4 RC3

cannot be reproduced on kdepim 4.4.10 and kdepim master.
