Hello, When I edit with kwrite:
apache apache rwxrwx--- toto.txt
in sftp://root@host/
I change it to:
root root rw-rw---- toto.txt
Only in kde 4.4 (4.3.90) not in kde 4.3.
Thanks to fix it.

I think this is a duplicate of 224910, you may try the permissions test application mentioned there.
