Hej, can you start Akonadi from a Konsole window please (akonadictl restart) and then reproduce the crash? If an applications quits with abort/raise, an error message should be output to stderr, can you paste it here? Ciao, Tobias *** Bug 246578 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days. Please provide the requested information as soon as possible and set the bug status as REPORTED. Due to regular bug tracker maintenance, if the bug is still in NEEDSINFO status with no change in 30 days, the bug will be closed as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME due to lack of needed information. For more information about our bug triaging procedures please read the wiki located here: https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Bug_triaging If you have already provided the requested information, please set the bug status as REPORTED so that the KDE team knows that the bug is ready to be confirmed. Thank you for helping us make KDE software even better for everyone! I can start akonadi with akonadictl start with no problems (in fact, that is my workaround now - I created an autostart entry). akonadictl restart works without errors. stopping akonadi (akonadictl stop) and then starting kontact and letting it start akonadi works without problems. kontact only crashes akonadi the first time after logging in. also, kontact will keep on trying to start and restart akonadi, which then works. konsole output: ~$ kontact Connecting to deprecated signal QDBusConnectionInterface::serviceOwnerChanged(QString,QString,QString) akonadi.collectionattributetable OK akonadi.collectionmimetyperelation OK akonadi.collectionpimitemrelation OK akonadi.collectiontable OK akonadi.flagtable OK akonadi.mimetypetable OK akonadi.parttable OK akonadi.parttypetable OK akonadi.pimitemflagrelation OK akonadi.pimitemtable OK akonadi.pimitemtagrelation OK akonadi.relationtable OK akonadi.relationtypetable OK akonadi.resourcetable OK akonadi.schemaversiontable OK akonadi.tagattributetable OK akonadi.tagremoteidresourcerelationtable OK akonadi.tagtable OK akonadi.tagtypetable OK Connecting to deprecated signal QDBusConnectionInterface::serviceOwnerChanged(QString,QString,QString) QDBusConnection: name 'org.freedesktop.Akonadi.Control' had owner '' but we thought it was ':1.49' org.kde.pim.akonadiserver: Received ModifySubscription command before RegisterSubscriber org.kde.pim.akonadicore: "QLocalSocket: Die Verbindung wurde von der Gegenseite geschlossen" "/tmp/akonadi-martin.vefPNn/akonadiserver-ntf.socket" QDBusConnection: name 'org.freedesktop.Akonadi.Control' had owner '' but we thought it was ':1.49' No text-to-speech plug-ins were found. Since the last update it works for me. Thanks for the good work! So can we close this ticket? Yep, closing as fixed. Just didn't want to do it prematurely... ;-) |
