Version:           1.12.4 (using 4.3.5 (KDE 4.3.5) "release 2", KDE:KDE4:STABLE:Desktop / openSUSE_11.2)
Compiler:          gcc

after an interuption of my WLAN connection I have to 
* close kmail 
* /etc/init.d/network restart
but such a proces remains and has to be removed manually in order to make kmail work again
