What I was doing when the application crashed:
amarok was left to play when I went out to run an errand. Upon my return an hour and a half later, I tried to change stations but ran into one segmentation fault after another. amarok is degraded to to the point that it wont play at all. amarok should not have 15 - 18 segmentation faults in 12 - 15 minutes --- this does not seem natural to me.

You need to restart KDE, the Phonon backend is running wild. Not an Amarok specific problem.

I am getting one code 11 segmentation fault errors right after the other. They occur when I try to change stations inmy playlist. I know when a segmentation fault is going to occur when a new station will not play when selected.
