What I was doing when the application crashed:
I was reading this post:
http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=NzkyOA
and press the "Comments & Discussion" button that links to comment pages.

While the page is loading I minimize the window and akregator suddenly crashes.

I cannot remember if it was fetching all the feeds.
I've around 50 feeds and all preferences (backends, times for fetching, ecc) are stick to their default values

This could be related to the glibc bug : bug 196207.
- Are you experiencing this crash regularly / Can you reproduce the crash at will ?

I've had this crash three times in a week (let's say 10 hours of use).
No, I cannot reproduce the crash at will.

Well.. you could try this:
- Quit Akregator
- Start Konsole
- Type "export QT_NO_GLIB=1" + Enter
- Type "export MALLOC_CHECK_=" + Enter
- Type "akregator" + Enter
- Use Akregator and check if it crashes or not
If it doesn't crash, then it is likely to be bug 196207. If it crashes, please send me the backtrace by email so I can evaluate if it is the same crash or not.

I've not experienced any other crash in two weeks, so it's ok for me to close the bug.
