When panel is configured as vertical but also horizontal on top of the screen there are graphical issues with notifications and also with panel configuration dialog.

Notification does not slide into panel completely when it is hiding - part of it remain ins on screen.

When panel configuration dialog is opened by clicking cashew and then closed by clicking red cross button it does not disappear completely (similar to notification problem)

Problem is reproducible on clean account but only when panel is not in default position at the bottom of screen.
