PROBLEM:
start kst
click 'Help' and then 'Get Help Online'. Nothing happens.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
in ubuntu 9.10, kst was installed in the following way
cd graphics/kst
cmake .
make 
sudo make install


start kst
click Help and then Get Help Online. Nothing happens.
 
RESULTS:
Nothing happens.
 
EXPECTED RESULTS:
a web page is opened in default browser.

Menu item 'Help' -> 'Get Help Online' is a kubuntu extension to kde, please report this issue downstream.
