PROBLEM:
local manual page for kst is missing
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
in ubuntu 9.10

cd graphics/kst
cmake .
make
sudo make install

Help-->Kst Handbook
 
RESULTS:
error pop-up: "The file or folder help:/kst/index.html does not exist."
in khelpcenter: "There is no documentation available for /kst/index.html."
 
EXPECTED RESULTS:
kst manual is displayed

How do you expect that the kst manual is displayed, if you did not install it?

You need to checkout + build branches/extragear/kde3/graphics/doc/kst/
