"Search Output" is translated as "Výstup hledání", which means "Output of Search" and is quite confusing

No problem to fix that. However I don't know context.

What about "Prohledat výstup"?

Does it fit better? I never used this feature, so I can't say what it does.

It's in the Konsole's menu, under "Scrollback/Rolování". It starts search in the terminal output. "Prohledat výstup" sounds good.
