Description Kevin Colyer 2010-01-25 12:07:28 UTC
Version: 1.12.2 (using KDE 4.3.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I was checking the mail in one folder that I have set to expire after 365 days. I noticed mail older than 365 days in the folder. It seems that if the IMPORTANT flag is set the mail wont be expired. Clearing the flag ensures the mail is expired properly. (Unread mail expired from one folder to another folder)

I don't think this is the right behaviour. If a user desires this behaviour it ought to be enabled with a check box or something i.e. X Do not expire mail marked as Important, otherwise the date expiry should be honoured.

Changing to wish. I think this is a behaviour wanted by other users.
