- Do not use the outdated beta5 version (complain to your distribution). This crash was reported a hundred of times and fixed already. Thanks! *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 210462 *** hi just a short question. if the bug is fixed why cant the kde crashreporter check the crash data base and tell me that it is fixed and how to get the update? However, it is sometimes difficult to identify if it is "the same" issue, in order to say "it is fixed since x.y.z version" (so that needs manual check) You can install the 1.0.0 final version from the "karmic-backports" repository.
