Description Raphaël Barrois 2010-01-22 11:37:57 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.3)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

When sending a message to a news server, if the server refuses it with a 441 error, KNode will only print "could not write to file server.example.com" (if server.example.com is the host of the server).

441 error message come with a text, which explains why the message was refused ; it would be helpful to give that information to the user (for instance, my organization will refuse messages with more included text than added content).

This problem makes it impossible for users to understand why their posting was refused...

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug.
