Lots of times I have in the playlist songs with 0:00 and no correct duration time. So lastfm does not accept them :(

Which version of amarok do you have? This happened to me but with an older amarok version, I don't remember which one.
If you don't have the latest amarok (2.2.2) I would recommend you to update it and try again.

Do a Full Collection Rescan, then restart Amarok shuld solve the issue.

I am not using the collection, I browse trought folders and open flacs by there

You still didn't tell us what Amarok version you are talking about. 
Also I don't know what to do with your konsole output, sorry. Is it supposed to show anything special?

From the File Browser, if you right-click the flac file and choose "Edit track details" does it show the actual length of the track?
