Version:           1.5.3 (using KDE 4.3.2)
OS:                Linux

The operating system in which I found this bug is : Ubuntu 9.10, Karmic Koala, 64-bit version.
I downloaded "Kstars" using Ubuntu software center.

Choose "Help" from the menu bar.
Then, choose "Report bug".
This option does not work.

I expected that a pop-up window would appear, linking to a page in which I could report a bug.

- Could you check the ReportBug option in other KDE applications ?
There was a KUbuntu error sometime ago causing this function to not work...
