The UI for the account list is not very good at the moment:

- It offers me to add an account "dummy mailtransport resource"
- It shows "offline" for "Local Folders", which doesn't make much sense
- The list has a totally different style than the sending tab

Also, it shows the notes resource if active.

Currently, the sending accounts get their name when creating them, and can be renamed with a button next to the account list. The receiving accounts, on the other hand, can be renamed in the account settings dialog.
This is inconsistent.

The "Dummy MailTransport Resource" is still (or again) there, in KMail 4.7.3.

May also someone change the status to "confirmed", please.

This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of kmail2 (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.12 or later), it gets closed in about three months.

Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
