When enabling "Show Message Structure", the option is disabled again after a restart.

My guess is that this has to do with the split from messageviewer out of KMail, especially with the config settings.

Same here on 4.4.1 on gentoo (4.4.0 too). Have to enable 'message structure view' every time i restart kontact/kmail.
