If a "popup"-menu is open, global shortcuts do not work.

How to reproduce:
1. right-click on the desktop
2. press "Print" to take a screenshot, it wont work

Tested this with several global shortcuts and right-clicks in rekonq, the workspace and clicking on kmix-applet.
