Hi,

the important marked emails are later not marked as important. kmail doesnot save it.

Hello Erhan, thanks for reporting. Kmail does save which mails are marked as important - but it can forget it. This can be caused by different things, for example a crash or a problem syncing with the server. There are already bugs open for all this. 

As I cannot see which reason caused the disappearance of the message states for you, I cannot mark this as a duplicate.
