For the unread emails, instead of seeing numbers like 4/13, in a huge space, I would rather see a list of unread emails showing date and subject. That would be more useful to me. Would also like to see the list displayed with alternating background grey/white or with lines after each entry. The pending todo's would need the same sort of visual cue (grey/white) backgrounds or lines. Instead of having the todo's up to 3 lines in height, they should be showing in a simple list structure as the emails(1 item = 1 line). The current view for the todo's is somewhat confusing or difficult to read because some todo's take one line and others 2 or 3 lines. Dates should be in short form to make way for a better list view. Each item should only take up one line. The same would apply for the Upcoming Events - one line for each entry. That would make it easier to read. I know that the summary page might not be in your priorities but it's important to me. I would appreciate it if the Summary page could be improved. Some customization options would be useful...
