I have 4.4.RC1. When I try to resize the weather plugin, this does not work correctly. It seems like the content can not be made smaller, but the frame of the plugin does so that the content flows out of the frame. Bad description, I attacht a screenshot to show what is the problem.
BTW: The free flowing content without the frame does look very good, may be it should be made an option.
