I'd really like to see templates in KDevelop for making new noatun UIs effects playlists and visualizations. Such templates would surely be a big boost to noatun development

well - is there something like a "hello world" noatun plugin? 
I mean a very easy one to make a template of it.

I added a visualization plugin template for noatun. 
A UI template will follow, perhaps I will make a playlist template, too, but it is so special :(
