I think it is unlikely to be a KDE related issue. - Did you got some other Qt or Kernel driver update at the same time ? The kernel is 2.6.32 from Dec 7 2009 and QT is 4.6.0 from Dec 1 2009. - Do you have some kind of control list to check which was your previous working kde svn version ?
