So some sort of a cached version of the right URL that's not the latest version of the same URL you have visited? Exactly. Interestingly, I have the same behaviour with Konqueror 4.8.1. This is reproducable for example with http://www.heise.de/ Clicking an article and coming back shows me an old version of the article list. I can repro my issue while surfing on github.com - the back button always leads to the "blank/startup" page of Konqueror. Please provide information which logs or detail-information I should send you to move on with analyzing this bug or advice to open a new bug with this slightly different issue.
