Version: 1.12.2 (using 4.3.4 (KDE 4.3.4), Debian packages)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.31-5.slh.2-sidux-686

For many cases, it is very handy to have an integrated compression option for attachments (bravo!). But when I send files to Linux developers, they are not happy with the ZIP format, especially when there is a set of many files to be sent.

In such cases it could be handy
- to compress all marked attachments into a single ZIP archive
- to gzip those attachments (they will keep their name + .gz)
- to tar the whole lot (e.g. uncompressable PNGs).

Thanks.
