Version:           1.13.0 (using 4.3.90 (KDE 4.3.90 (KDE 4.4 RC1)), compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.31

I enabled the dock icon in systray and tell to show that icon always. By clicking on the dock icon, kmail minimizes how expected. But further clicking causes nothing. Left click should restore kmail, right click should give preferences.

Must have been fixed before 4.4.0, it works for me here
