What I was doing when the application crashed:
I'm unable to open a pdf file with okular.

I looked around for a solution of the duplicate bug which was marked as solved, but I didn't found out a solution under OpenSUSE 11.1. Thanks for your help !

Your poppler version is old, ask your distro to update it.
There's nothing we can do to fix it.

If you're using an external network printer, okular sends ICMP pings to that server. If the server is unreachable, okular will hang. Remove the external Network printer and that will solve the issue.
