Often I get HTTP link to folder where I want to download all contents. It would be nice to have 'Download all" action with possibility to additionally exclude some "non-interesting" links from download.

KGet has an "List All Links" dialog when using the Konqueror integration. Either in the Tools menu, or using the KGet toolbutton menu.
