I can confirm this bug with KDE 4.6.1. Winmail.dat are not readable in KMail. It popup the standard windows asking which program should be used. I have the libktnef.so.4 library installed and kmail is linked to it according to ldd. I, too have this bug on Kmail (Version 2.1.1 using KDE Development Platform 4.6.5). I can't see any linkage in ldd to libktnef, although libtknef (will investigate that). I'm running Gentoo, with kernel 2.6.39. this should be fixed in KDE 4.8.0 tnef attachments are visibile inline to the message Excellent news. Thank you. |
