http://raptor-menu.org/ although its have only one panel open again since in brainstorm forum report that raptor is old and not maintain and they didn't success to compile it: http://forum.kde.org/brainstorm.php#idea84846 also I think two menus it's better since It will be easier to achieve all the apps which separate to categories and the design defer from the add widget bar Hello! This feature request was filed for KDE Plasma 4, which reached end-of-support status in August 2015. KDE Plasma 5's desktop shell has been almost completely rewritten for better performance and usability, so it is likely that this feature request is already implemented in Plasma 5, or is no longer applicable.
