Hi, What exactly means doesn't work? Please attach debugging output from the failed burn.

SVN commit 1079202 by mmalek:

Acquire lock also on storage interface. This prevent HAL from polling medium during burning which might disrupt burning process.

PS= again, if i select in the "application field" "Growisofs" instead of "Auto", the issue doesn't occurr.
Comment 11 marcello 2010-06-20 22:27:31 UTC
still valid in the fourth RC. if i leave "auto", Woodim is used and i receive an error, if i select "growisofs" everything works as expected.

I don't know if its the same problem but I can't burn rewritable DVD's with K3B 1.91.0. But it works well with K3B 1.0.5.

I couldn't chek if the change from auto to growisoft works sinds I didn't find that option. However K3B 1.0.5 uses succesfully growisoft.

This is my output:
