Description Woojin Lee 2009-12-29 05:14:55 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.1)
Installed from: openSUSE RPMs

In fresh installation of opensuse 11.2, when secondary language is selected (Korean in my case), the KDE 4.3.1 file-dialogue for "rename" and "save as" shows only the file extension, not the original whole name. Same behavior shows up in opensuse 11.1 with KDE 4.3.4 as well as opensuse 11.2 with KDE 4.3.4.

If the secondary language is not chosen during the installation, the file-dialogue behaves normal. Also, if I de-select secondary language, uninstall all scim related files and korean related files, the file-dialogue behaves normal.

As an additional info, when I upgraded the qt4 files to 4.6.0 (from KDE 4.4 beta repo.) from 4.5.3, the problem went away.
