Hello,
I use digikam on Kubuntu with a DELL 3008WFP monitor (2560x1600). I find that my images (12M pixels) display quite a bit crisper with better defined edges if I run Windows and show them with Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 (both full screen mode). I wonder whether the rendering could somehow be configured to use more or less anti-aliasing? I assume that is where the crispness in digikam gets lost? The visual difference is quite noticeable. In Linux I get the best rendering with the Comix viewer (http://comix.sourceforge.net/) which is close to Photoshop Elements but does not yet equal it. So the wish is for configurable rendering with regards to anti-aliasing.
Other than that, digikam rocks!
